Founded in 2017 by Justin Morrella, Innovative Renovations is built on a foundation of integrity, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service. Justin spent his young adult life working at Nabholz, a large commercial construction company, and pursued residential work on his off time. After years of seeing the heartwarming impact his work had on clients, Justin established Innovative Renovations in order to bring high-quality remodels and additions to homeowners and businesses alike. Justin’s years of knowledge and experience make him an ideal general contractor for both commercial and residential projects.
In late 2024, Kim Morrella, Justin’s wife, joined Innovative Renovations after nearly a decade working with the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission (AGFC) as a research biologist. While her knowledge and experience is in conservation, she focused heavily on project coordination, data management, and public outreach during her tenure at AGFC. She brings her skills in project management, administration, and communication to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Since 2017, Innovative Renovations has grown from a residential handyman business to one of Saline Counties highest rated residential and commercial general contractor companies. The company has been featured on popular news segments like KATV’s Fix It Upper Fridays and on the MySaline news and website. In 2022, Innovative Renovations won three awards for best Painter, Handyman, and General Contractor in Saline County from MySaline. In 2023, Innovative Renovations won two more awards for best Painter and General Contractor in Saline County from MySaline.
